This is intended to be a neighbors’ forum for people affected by the August 20 flood in Shorewood Hills. We’ve all been working to clean up our homes and yards. We’ve all been working our way through insurance claims and financial decisions. We all want to see the Village and the city of Madison engineer the storm-water system so that such a thing can’t happen again, while at the same time we're fortifying our homes in the event it does. If we post an entry, how do we categorize the entry so that it's sorted into the correct tab? And sometimes, an entry might naturally fall into more than one tab - how would we do this?
Finally, I would suggest that each 'tab' (category?) have as its first entry a definition of what that tab will cover. I think overall, they are fairly self-explanatory but some are not so clearly defined, at least for me.

Great comments all. Thanks. I've tweaked the categories accordingly.
I don't think there's any magic way to have the blog itself sort comments. The writer has to do that herself by clicking on the tab. I don't know what to do about comments that hit various categories, and so have made the "Home" page into "General." Not ideal, but the best solution I can think of at the moment.
